For a fund manager with a growing client base and asset under management, we engaged with all asset classes in the front office and key stakeholders within the fund’s support function to align all teams’ strategies with the fund’s strategic priorities. We then helped draft strategy document to be circulated within the organisation and developed budget and resourcing plan that can support the roll-out of the strategy.
