Together with the buying team of an iconic retailer, we developed category and banner strategies and translated them to key initiatives implemented in collaborations with category managers, range and space specialists, and finance business partners.

We also supported on-going vendor negotiation with an easy to use analytical toolkit to identify supplier specific margin improvement levers that are easy to implement and have high probability to getting buy-in from the suppliers.
